Job summary

MeetingPackage in Espoo, Finland (remote/hybrid) seeks a Customer Success Manager fluent in Spanish and English. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of hotel and venue customers, driving retention and long-term value from onboarding to renewal.

You’ll build success plans, track usage, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with product and marketing. A flexible, hybrid work model across Spain or Finland awaits you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality tech industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of hotel and venue customers end to end as their strategic partner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Help customers hit their Meetings & Events goals with MeetingPackage.
• Spot signals before they become problems and track usage.
• Grow accounts with upsell opportunities and demos.
• Run regular data-driven business reviews with stakeholders.
• Make AI part of how you deliver value.
• Take over smoothly from Implementation after go-live.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
