Job summary

Mesh is seeking a part-time accounts payable/receivable specialist to support our growing finance team. You’ll triage vendor invoices, manage Bill.com and NetSuite tasks, and respond to routine vendor inquiries.

This hybrid role requires reliable US business hours overlap and fluent written English (Spanish a plus). You’ll help clear older and miscoded bills in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or receivable experience.
• Bill.com and NetSuite experience required.
• Reliable availability during US business hours.
• Fluent written English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage the AP inbox and review bills captured in Bill.com before routing for approval.
• Collect vendor forms (W-9, W-8BEN) and file new-contractor reports.
• Answer routine vendor questions and follow up on missing card receipts.
• Send scheduled payment reminders and first collection follow-ups.
• Help clear older and miscoded bills in the first two months.
