Job summary

Epassi, Europe’s leading digital employee benefits platform, is seeking an Enterprise Systems Specialist. You’ll own NetSuite and related systems across markets, monitor health, and drive improvements with a focus on governance, automation, and data quality.

This permanent, Europe-based role is remote-first with occasional travel to markets. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Integration, CRM teams, and partner with HubSpot, Workato, and other tools to scale our platform for millions of employees.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite development and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Celigo, Boomi).
• Finance domain knowledge: AR/AP, bank reconciliation, period close.
• Proven track record owning live systems and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite technically across all live markets withSuiteScript and SuiteFlow.
• Grow into integrations and CRM (HubSpot) and broader enterprise systems.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance to identify improvements and quantify impact.
