Job summary

Vectra AI, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own all revenue in Finland and the Baltic region, coordinating with Sales Engineers to drive deals from qualification to close.

You will build account strategies, partner with channel partners, forecast revenue, and develop new business with enterprise customers while communicating with internal teams. Fluency in Finnish and English, a proven enterprise sales track record, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software for enterprise accounts.
• Strong pipeline development across Marketing, Channel, Customers and SDR teams.
• Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals with multiple buyers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new enterprise revenue across Finland and Baltics.
• Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver product demos and PoCs.
• Develop account strategies and manage channel partnerships.
• Forecast revenue monthly/quarterly and communicate status to stakeholders.
