Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Helsinki is seeking a six-month, full-time Recruiting Assistant to support the full recruiting lifecycle. You will engage with candidates, coordinate interviews, screen resumes, and assist employer branding events and social media content creation.

You will work with our Helsinki and Copenhagen teams, developing professional networks and gaining practical recruiting experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student or recent graduate in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Creative thinking with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure and handle ambiguity.

Your Impact

You will support the full recruiting life cycle, from candidate attraction to offer, while working closely with recruiting team members and client service professionals.

Your responsibilities will include candidate support, interview coordination, resume screening, and supporting employer branding initiatives such as recruiting events and social media content creation, alongside various administrative tasks and recruiting projects.

You will work in our Helsinki office, supporting our Helsinki and Copenhagen recruiting teams. Our team focuses on attracting, assessing and hiring top talent to meet the strategic hiring needs of our offices.

Your work provides practical recruiting experience and opportunities to build your professional network and develop strong organizational and communication skills.

This is a six-month, full-time fixed-term position, with some flexibility to work reduced hours if required due to studies.
