Job summary

Winona Finland seeks a Recruitment Consultant to join our core team in Keilaniemi, Espoo. You will take ownership for senior-level search processes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a valued partner to candidates.

The role is permanent and full-time, with an independent yet collaborative setup. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, and contribute to interim solutions as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving candidate sourcing and leading client projects in recruitment or headhunting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent Finnish and good spoken/written English.

You will take ownership for senior-level search processes, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to our clients and a valued partner to candidates. A person who thrives on building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. You are proactive and structured, with the ability to drive recruitment processes independently. You know how to balance realistic planning with smooth execution, and you naturally enjoy working as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in driving candidate sourcing and leading client projects in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong business acumen, understanding of the commercial side of consulting, and ability to act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates

• Driven, proactive and goal-oriented mindset

• Fluent Finnish skills and good spoken and written English
