Job summary

Winona Finland is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our core team in Keilaniemi. You will own senior-level search processes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a partner to candidates from start to finish in a permanent, full-time role.

This permanent, full-time role offers independence and impact within a collaborative team. You will build strong relationships, drive recruitment projects, and grow your Finland practice.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving candidate sourcing and leading client projects in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen, understanding of the commercial side of consulting, and ability to act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
• Driven, proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Fluent Finnish skills and good spoken and written English

to join our core team at Winona Finland. You will take ownership for senior-level search processes, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to our clients and a valued partner to candidates. We are looking for an ambitious professional with a commercial mindset and eagerness to lead assignments from start to finish. We offer you an independent and impactful role, backed by the full support of a collaborative team. The position is permanent and full-time, and our office is located in Keilaniemi.
