Job summary

You will work with our Helsinki and Copenhagen teams, developing professional networks and gaining practical recruiting experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student or recent graduate in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting life cycle from candidate attraction to offer.
• Candidate support, interview coordination, resume screening, and employer branding activities such as events and social media content creation.
• Administrative tasks and recruiting projects.
• Based in Helsinki, supporting Helsinki and Copenhagen recruiting teams.
