We are looking for an order-to-delivery **Project Manager** to take complete ownership of complex, global B2B customer projects – from commercial handover through engineering, manufacturing, and final site deployment. **In your daily work, you will:**

• Drive end-to-end execution across cross-functional teams to hit scope, budget, and timeline targets.
• Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison between global clients, internal R&D, sales, and supply chain partners.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and hardware component lead times, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Build and optimise scalable delivery frameworks and governance processes to keep our operations agile as we grow.

**What we expect from you:**

• 5+ years of proven PM/Program Management experience leading complex B2B customer projects in global environments.
• Hands-on experience managing customer-facing product development or order-to-delivery projects in software or IoT, with direct accountability for external client deliverables, physical supply chains, custom builds, or deployment.
• A growth attitude and a hands-on approach – you actively dive into operational details to solve problems and drive execution.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Finnish is a plus, but not required).
