Job summary

Maillefer Extrusion Oy in Vantaa is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and contract terms. You will drive project launches, manage changes, and arrange commissioning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will systematically monitor each project phase—delivery, commissioning, start-up, warranty—and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Engineering) or equivalent relevant education
• Experience in project operations in a relevant industry field, preferably in Project Management
• Familiarity with global machine and equipment deliveries is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Finnish and working proficiency in English
• Organized way of working
• Proactive mindset and drive to get things done

Project Manager is responsible for coordinating projects within the constraints of the budget and contract. This includes project launch, change management, commissioning arrangements, and more, in collaboration with colleagues from other teams.
