Job summary

Matrix42 AG in Espoo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of customer projects, particularly in the German market. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing teams and stakeholders effectively.

Your mission

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing IT environment? In this role, you will take full ownership of customer projects, especially within the German market and ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Ownand driveend-to-end project delivery
• Lead and coordinate project teams and consultants
• Facilitateregular status meetings, steering committees, and reporting
• Ensure projects run smoothly andachieveagreedobjectives
• Manage risks, changes and complex stakeholder situations
• Build andmaintainstrong, long-termcustomer relationships
• Overseebudget tracking andinvoicing
• Contribute to improving ways of working and agile practices

Your profile

Must-haves

• Several years (approx. 5+ years) of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience working in a SaaS environment
• Strongability to manage projects independently with high ownership
• Excellentleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English (mandatory), Finnish and Swedishisa bonus
• Experience working with common PM frameworks (e.g.IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience in Service Management or Identity Management environments
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and process improvement
