Job summary

Kuori is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end, global B2B customer projects—from commercial handover through engineering, manufacturing and site deployment. You will bring structure, drive cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.

We are looking for an order-to-delivery Project Manager to take complete ownership of complex, global B2B customer projects - from commercial handover through engineering, manufacturing, and final site deployment. In your daily work, you will:

• Drive end-to-end execution across cross-functional teams to hit scope, budget, and timeline targets.

• Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison between global clients, internal R&D, sales, and supply chain partners.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and hardware component lead times, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.

• Build and optimise scalable delivery frameworks and governance processes to keep our operations agile as we grow.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of proven PM/Program Management experience leading complex B2B customer projects in global environments.

• Hands-on background in B2B customer-facing product development or order-to-delivery projects within hardware, IoT, or electronics - with direct accountability for external client deliverables, physical supply chains, and custom builds.

• A growth attitude and a hands-on approach - you actively dive into operational details to solve problems and drive execution.

• Fluency in written and spoken English (Finnish is a plus, but not required).
