This role serves as the essential support to the Senior Project Manager, helping oversee on-site delivery and multidisciplinary coordination. Work tasks

Assisting the project leadership team with daily site coordination, contract administration, scheduling, risk management, and reporting to ensure successful data center project delivery.

• Support daily site coordination, tracking construction progress and critical-path activities
• Assist in project scheduling, cost tracking, and managing the change-control process
• Maintain precise project records, decision logs, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate multidisciplinary packages across mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
• Draft weekly progress reports, including schedule, risk, and procurement updates
• Support the commissioning and final handover process to operations
• Assist with site administration and monitor contractor compliance with project requirements

We are looking for

• Educational background in Engineering or Constuction
• Good knowledge of administrative IT tools and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of project management principles, construction, or engineering environments
• Previous work experience in project environments
• Excellent written and spoken English
