Job summary

Kuori is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end, global B2B customer projects—from commercial handover through engineering, manufacturing and site deployment. You will bring structure, drive cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.

Fluency in English is required, Finnish is a plus. We offer a flexible hybrid model and an international, fast‑growing environment where you can shape delivery processes and scale operations across borders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM/Program Management for complex global B2B projects.
• Hands-on background in B2B product development or order-to-delivery projects in hardware/IoT/electronics.
• Growth mindset with a hands-on operational approach.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution across cross-functional teams to hit scope, budget, and timeline targets.
• Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison between global clients, internal R&D, sales, and supply chain partners.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and hardware component lead times, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Build and optimise scalable delivery frameworks and governance processes to keep operations agile as we grow.
