Qualifications

• 5+ years in PM/Program Management leading complex B2B projects.
• Experience managing customer-facing product development or order-to-delivery projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Finnish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution across cross-functional teams to hit scope, budget, and timeline targets.
• Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison between global clients, internal R&D, sales, and supply chain partners.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and hardware component lead times, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Build and optimise scalable delivery frameworks and governance processes to keep our operations agile as we grow.
