Job summary

Produal, part of the Bemsiq Group, is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end complex product development programs in building automation and HVAC. You will coordinate engineering, product, QA, sales, operations and partners to drive on-time, on-budget delivery with clear value for customers.

You will lead governance, backlogs at program level, monitor KPIs, report to leadership, and coach project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in a technology environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe).
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Understanding of both technical and business aspects of digital product development.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.
• Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Your Mission

As a Program Manager, you will ensure that complex development programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, without compromising quality or customer value.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional product development programs aligned with company objectives
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks to ensure program success
• Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding program status and progress
• Monitor KPIs and provide clear, structured reporting to leadership
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, QA, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain
• Own and prioritize the development backlog at program level
• Ensure strong understanding of customer value and business case throughout the lifecycle
• Organize key reviews to guarantee quality and formal acceptance of results
• Make critical decisions regarding program planning, priorities, and delivery strategies
• Lead program governance and status reviews
• Continuously improve program management practices and the Product Lifecycle process
• Support and coach project managers and team leaders (without direct line management responsibility)
• Collaborate with strategic partners, vendors, and key customers when required
• In some programs, you may also act as a Product Owner for a specific development area

Required qualifications
