Job summary

Distance Technologies in Helsinki is seeking a Head of Program Management Office to lead and mature our program management capability, owning delivery of key product programs from planning through industrialisation, launch and customer delivery. You will build a strong PMO and guide two program managers and two project managers as the portfolio grows.

• Seasoned program leadership with a track record of delivering complex hardware/software products.
• Experience building and developing a PMO and managing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of key product programs from planning through industrialisation and launch.
• Develop and mature the program management capability and operating rhythm.
• Directly manage selected medium-sized projects and grow the PM/PMO team as the portfolio expands.
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing and partners across multiple markets.
