Job summary

Produal, part of the Bemsiq Group, is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end complex product development programs in building automation and HVAC. You will coordinate engineering, product, QA, sales, operations and partners to drive on-time, on-budget delivery with clear value for customers.

You will lead governance, backlogs at program level, monitor KPIs, report to leadership, and coach project managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
5+ years of experience in project or program management in a technology environment.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs.
Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe).
Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
Understanding of both technical and business aspects of digital product development.
Fluency in English and Finnish.
Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver complex development programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead cross-functional product development programs aligned with company objectives.
Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks for program success.
Own and prioritize the development backlog at program level.
Monitor KPIs and provide clear reporting to leadership.
