Job summary

Produal, part of the Bemsiq Group, is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end product development programs across engineering, product, QA, sales, operations and external partners. As a leader you will ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, while preserving customer value and high-quality execution.

This is a strategic role with broad cross-functional exposure and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• 5+ years of PM/Program Mgmt in a technology environment.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs.
• Budgeting, resource planning, and risk management experience.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development programs aligned with company objectives.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks to ensure program success.
• Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding program status and progress.
• Monitor KPIs and provide reporting to leadership.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, QA, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Own and prioritize the development backlog at program level.
• Ensure understanding of customer value and business case throughout the lifecycle.
• Organize key reviews to guarantee quality and formal acceptance of results.
• Make critical decisions regarding program planning and delivery strategies.
• Lead program governance and status reviews.
• Continuously improve program management practices and Product Lifecycle process.
• Support and coach project managers and team leaders.
• Collaborate with strategic partners, vendors, and key customers when required.
• In some programs act as a Product Owner for a specific development area.
