EG Jydacom seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy for construction SaaS, guiding the roadmap from idea to release. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to turn insights into valuable features that improve project economics.

You will shape a Nordic-growth roadmap, apply data-driven decision making, and align the product with market needs while prioritizing profitability and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy for Jydacom, spotting margin bleed on projects and turning it into a roadmap.
• Translate site-level pain (cost overruns, invisible margins, manual invoicing, fragmented data) into a trusted product experience.
• Stay close to customers running project budgets and convert feedback into features to stay ahead of competitors.
• Lead end-to-end roadmap from concept to release, balancing customer needs with business growth.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and agile teams to ship field-ready releases, not just backlog items.
• Partner with sales and marketing to launch new capabilities and drive Nordic expansion.

Your Role: Own the Strategy. Drive the Roadmap. Scale Beyond Finland. We're looking for a Product Manager with construction industry knowledge and a SaaS background to take EG Jydacom further.

You’ll own the product direction for construction SaaS - working with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to turn customer insight into features that matter, and shaping a roadmap grounded in real market understanding.

You’ll drive the product vision, set the benchmark for excellence, and keep us ahead of the industry, treating AI as core to the product, not an add-on - backed by EG's product management framework, sharp analytical thinking, and evidence-based decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product strategy for Jydacom — spotting where construction companies are bleeding margin on projects, and turning that into the roadmap that fixes it.
• Translate real site-level pain — cost overruns, invisible margins, manual invoicing, fragmented project data — into a product experience that gives finance and project teams control they can trust.
• Stay close to our key customers — the construction firms actually running project budgets through Jydacom — and turn their feedback into features that keep us ahead of every competitor eyeing this market.
• Lead the roadmap end-to-end: from concept to release, balancing what customers need against where the business needs to grow.
• Partner with Product Owners and agile teams to ship releases that work in the field, not just in the backlog.
• Team up with sales and marketing to launch new capabilities and take EG Jydacom beyond Finland — building the go-to-market muscle for Nordic expansion.

You Are the Ideal Candidate If you

• Have strong financial expertise, combined with an understanding of how long-term construction projects are managed and executed, with particular focus on cost and profitability.
• Have proven experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
• Have excellent ability to transform customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies.
• Have data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to guide product decisions.
• Have exceptional communication skills in Finnish and in English, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
