Job summary

Huawei Technologies Oy (Finland) is seeking a Technical Solution Sales Engineer to support pre-sales activities, deliver technical presentations, and work with account managers to tailor solutions for customers.

You will develop Huawei telecom network solutions (4/5G Radio, Antenna, Site Power) and communicate benefits to customers, while coordinating with multiple teams and locations to drive sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Excellent presentation skills during customer engagements.
• Good knowledge of telecom network topology and evolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to manage multi-team projects across locations.
• 3–5 years’ experience preferred; strong graduates acceptable.
• Fluent Finnish preferred; English is working language.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations as part of the sales process.
• Develop Huawei telecom network solutions based on product portfolios (4/5G Radio Network/Antenna/Site Power) to meet customer needs.
• Participate in extended market and project development by tailoring solutions and presenting Huawei value.
• Manage Huawei key customers regarding product requirements and business development.
• Promote Huawei telecom solutions and brand via workshops, exhibitions, and seminars as presenter.
