Job summary

Huawei Finland Research Center is seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to coordinate daily activities, manage orders and deliveries, and support cross-functional teams in Ruoholahti, Helsinki.

The role focuses on efficient, customer-oriented service, overseeing issue resolution with local and headquarters teams, and ensuring clear communication across international business units. Fluency in English is required; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
• Support order processing, delivery coordination, shipment tracking, and follow-up on delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for timely information exchange.
• Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports.
• Register and manage faulty products and lab equipment.
• Act as primary contact for coordinating customer issues with local service and headquarters teams.
• Follow up on inquiries, product issues, and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate communication across customers, local service teams, and headquarters.
• Track issues from report to final resolution and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback to support product improvement and enhance experience.
• Identify recurring issues and coordinate with teams to improve service quality.
• Work with sales, procurement, logistics, finance, and service teams to support objectives.
• Facilitate information sharing between local operations and headquarters.
• Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements and technical feedback.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain documentation on customer issues, service activities, orders, and processes.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor performance indicators.
• Follow company procedures and quality, documentation, and operational requirements.
