Job summary

Hitachi Energy Finland Oy is seeking a Service Project Manager to join our Service Business Unit in Finland. You will oversee maintenance and service activities, review on-site work, and lead field maintenance when needed, while maintaining regular customer meetings and project reviews.

The role offers a hybrid work setup with travel across Finland, requiring strong customer relationship skills and solid knowledge of power distribution services. Fluency in Finnish and basic English are essential.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in electrical engineering with relevant experience in power systems.
• Service-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
• Basic IT skills and ability to learn modern engineering applications.
• High integrity and a safety-first mindset.
• Experience in power system service or maintenance.
• Electrical qualification level 1 or eligibility is advantageous.
• Experience with power quality, relay protection, and communication is advantageous.
• Understanding substation design is advantageous.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts is advantageous.
• Excellent Finnish and basic English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage service agreements with customers.
• Provide sales and maintenance services related to power distribution with Service Sales.
• Act as Project Manager for service projects.
• Provide high-end specialist services.
• Establish long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and providing deep technical service solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Build trust and sustain relationships by handling warranty jobs and coordinating with sales.
