Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Finland is seeking a Service Project Manager to join our Service Business Unit. You will oversee maintenance and service activities, lead on-site reviews, and actively support field maintenance with a focus on delivering reliable service outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you will travel within Finland, participate in regular customer meetings, project reviews, and coordinate with the sales and service teams to establish long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in electrical engineering with strong power systems experience.
• Service oriented with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Basic IT skills and ability to learn modern engineering apps.
• High integrity and a safety-first mindset.
• Experience from power system service/maintenance; valid driver’s license.
• Fluent Finnish; basic English.

Responsibilities

• Managing service agreements with customers.
• Acting as Project Manager for service projects.
• Conducting regular customer meetings and project reviews.
• Coordinating with sales for service delivery and support.
• Maintaining long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
