Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Finland is seeking a Service Project Manager to oversee maintenance and service activities while working in a hybrid setup that includes remote, office, and site visits. Qualifications

B.Sc. in electrical engineering or equivalent with relevant experience in power systems.
Experience in service/maintenance for power systems.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills in Finnish and basic English.
Service orientation with solution-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup and travel within Finland.
Knowledge of commercial contracts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and service activities on customer sites.
Lead service projects and coordinate activities with service sales.
Act as the primary project manager for service projects and customer relationships.
Provide high-end specialist services and technical service solutions.
Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and understand customer needs.
Ensure seamless communication with customers and connect with the sales team.
Handle warranty jobs and coordinate with the sales organization.
