Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Finland is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead service activities across sites in a hybrid setup. You will oversee maintenance, review on-site work and actively support field maintenance, while maintaining strong customer relations.

You will manage service agreements, coordinate with Service Sales, act as project manager for service projects, and ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and warranty coordination. The role requires a B.Sc.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in electrical engineering and relevant experience with power systems.
• Service oriented with solution-oriented approach.
• Basic IT skills and ability to learn modern engineering applications.
• High integrity and a strong safety-first mindset.
• Experience from power system service/maintenance.
• Electrical Qualification Level 1 is an advantageous credential.

Responsibilities

• Manage service agreements with customers.
• Provide sales and maintenance services related to power distribution in cooperation with Service Sales.
• Act as Project Manager for service projects.
• Provide high-end specialist services.
• Establish long‑term customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and demonstrating in‑depth technical service solutions knowledge.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Coordinate warranty jobs and connect them with our sales team.
