Job summary

Mars Finland is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to lead category vision and growth across the Nordic region. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop shelf and assortment strategies, drive category projects, and enhance in-store execution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in trade marketing or sales, strong data analytics, and fluency in English with Finnish as a plus. Join a dynamic, international team delivering value to shoppers and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales.
• Understanding of the FMCG and trade Finnish/Nordic context.
• Fluency in English is required; Finnish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver country Category Vision, focusing on mid & long-term growth opportunities for the category & Mars within regional local strategic choices scope.
• Develop, execute and follow through on Shelf/Store of the Future & define future portfolio needs (focus on assortment and distribution opportunities)
• Work with customers per the customer service agreement (Category Captaincy Roadmap)
• Increase Net Sales covered by category captaincy following the customer collaboration framework deployment
• Deliver category projects to drive category growth with strategic partners and track performance
• Partner with KAM to drive bold actions per customer related to Perfect Store and in-store execution
• Localise & present trade window and yearly negotiation presentations for best-in-class category execution
• Educate and present insights to field sales on category and new product launches
• Provide inputs to internal management processes with multiple stakeholders
• Country, customer, Mars and competitor intelligence
• Contribute to an engaged category team driven by top industry talents
