Trimble is seeking a People eXperience (PX) Partner in Espoo to empower our teams, advise local leaders, and bridge global PX strategy with local execution. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as an HR Partner in a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Deep knowledge of Finnish labor laws.
• Fluent Finnish and English in written and spoken communication.
• Proactive, resilient, and capable of handling complex employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Lead local implementation of global PX processes tailored for Finnish organizations.
• Advise leaders through workforce planning, performance, engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Serve as liaison to global PX functions (People Systems, Enablement, Total Rewards, Operations).
• Drive change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.
• Coach managers through critical business cycles including succession planning and performance management.
• Facilitate local PX communications and host regular informational meetings.
