Job summary

Trimble is seeking a People eXperience Partner in Espoo to directly support about 200 employees, advising local leaders and aligning Finland with global PX strategy. You will be the go-to PX liaison, shaping our local workplace culture while collaborating with global functions.

You will work with the Western EMEA PX team, coaching managers through organizational change, ensuring Finnish labor law compliance, and driving initiatives that improve engagement and effectiveness across teams.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Finnish labor laws.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience shaping PX initiatives across multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead local implementation of global PX processes for Finnish orgs.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and culture.
• Bridge global PX strategy with local execution and policies.
• Drive change management initiatives to improve engagement.
• Support workforce planning, succession, and performance management.
• Facilitate PX communications and employee engagement activities.
