Job summary

Trimble in Espoo seeks a People eXperience (PX) Partner to empower Finnish teams and align local execution with global PX strategy. You will advise leaders, manage employee relations, and drive culture and engagement across ~200 employees in Finland, reporting to the PX Manager.

The role requires strong Finnish labor law knowledge, and fluency in Finnish and English, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Partner.
• Deep knowledge of Finnish labor laws.
• Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise and partner with local leaders, bridging global PX strategy with local execution.
• Lead and implement PX processes locally, including talent management and engagement.
• Support workforce planning, performance management, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish labor laws and global PX goals.
• Drive change management and collaborate with Centers of Experience in PX functions.
• Coach managers through business cycles and facilitate internal PX communications.
