Kreia is seeking a high-agency salesperson to own the front of the funnel from Helsinki. You will prospect realtors and small business owners by phone and email, qualify needs, and convert conversations into meetings and customers.

This role offers ownership from day one in a fast-growing AI-native marketing startup. You’ll handle inbound inquiries from ads, run effective meetings, and maintain a robust CRM.

Qualifications

• Phone-based sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• On-site role based in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls and emails to realtor and small business lists; book meetings.
• Respond to inbound leads quickly to convert interest into meetings.
• Lead meetings by understanding needs and tailoring offers.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and diligent follow-ups through the funnel.
• Provide feedback to the team to refine objections and pricing.
