Inven in Helsinki is seeking enthusiastic BDRs (full-time and part-time) to lead outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email, targeting senior decision-makers in Private Equity and Investment Banking accounts.

You will build strategic relationships, open doors, and learn M&A workflows from a fast-growing startup, with real ownership over how you structure your day and your pipeline as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Native-level English; confident, precise communication are essential.
• University degree (or currently pursuing) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from a top-tier university.
• Demonstrated knowledge of or hands-on experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Grit. You stay focused on targets and can operate across global time zones.
