Lapland Luxury DMC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations and ensure top-tier guest experiences in Lapland. You will manage a team, coordinate resources, and collaborate with other departments to deliver tailor-made luxury experiences for international guests.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic development of services, processes, and ways of working in a luxury hospitality context within the SantaPark Arctic World group.

Job description

Lapland Luxury DMC is a private destination management company (DMC) specialising in tailor‑made luxury experiences in Lapland. Our portfolio includes Hidden Arctic Cloud Villas, located approximately 30 minutes from Rovaniemi city centre, AINO Private Island, and other exclusive luxury villas.

We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop our operations in Lapland Luxury DMC and ensure exceptional experiences for our international guests.

About the role

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations and high‑quality delivery of Lapland Luxury’s exclusive experiences and services.

You will lead your team, coordinate operational resources, and work closely with other departments to ensure that every guest experience meets our high standards. In this role, you will combine hands‑on operational leadership with a proactive approach to developing our services, processes, and ways of working.

Your key responsibilities include

• Operational management – overseeing the daily operations, quality, and delivery of Lapland Luxury’s services and guest experiences.
• Team leadership and development – recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervising team members while fostering a positive and service‑oriented working environment.
• Resource planning and coordination – ensuring effective scheduling and coordination of operational resources to support seamless service delivery.
• Guest experience and customer relationships – maintaining exceptional service standards, managing guest‑related matters, and continuously improving customer satisfaction.
• Service and event coordination – planning and coordinating tailored experiences, activities, and events in close collaboration with other departments and partners.
• Continuous improvement – actively developing operational processes, service quality, and efficiency to ensure the fulfilment of our customer promise.
