Job summary

Inion Inc is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a fixed-term parental leave substitute position based in Tampere. The role involves creating and updating marketing materials, maintaining website functionality, and supporting the sales team with professional communication.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum BBA level and preferably 2-3 years of marketing experience, with fluency in Finnish and English. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing remote work on Fridays.

Open position: Marketing Specialist (fixed term)

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for a parental leave substitute. Your main tasks include creating and updating Inion marketing materials, maintaining the functionality of Inion’s website and planning and executing external and internal communication. You will support our international sales team, distributor network and internal teams by providing high-quality marketing materials and professional communication.

Your daily tasks include creating marketing materials and digital content, updating Inion’s website, planning and managing social media content, and maintaining up-to-date marketing documentation within the quality system. In addition, you will coordinate international congresses and Inion’s own events.

Requirements

You will succeed in this position if you are service-driven, positive, organized, proactive, and pay attention to details. The job would start as soon as possible and we are offering a fixed-term contract until 31.7.2027.

Education: Minimum BBA level

Job Experience: Preferably 2-3 years in different marketing functions, but also recently graduated applicants with suitable skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Professional Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English, experience working with WordPress, Adobe tools (such as PhotoShop, InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in photography and video production as well as familiarity M-Files and the SAP ERP system will help you to manage your tasks.

Personal abilities: Service-driven, dynamic, flexible, independent self-starter, able to handle pressure in a fast-moving environment, enthusiastic to gain new skills, and able to work across different cultures.
