Job summary

Serres is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support global marketing activities across digital channels, events, content, and marketing operations. You will join a small, collaborative team based mainly in Finland and report to the Head of Marketing.

The role offers broad exposure to an international business and requires initiative, organization, and English proficiency. Key tasks include updating websites, producing marketing materials, publishing newsletters, and coordinating localization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in international marketing coordination or similar marketing support roles.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Finnish is an advantage.

As our international business continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of global marketing activities across digital channels, events, content, and marketing operations.

You will be part of a small and collaborative marketing team based mainly in Finland, reporting to the Head of Marketing. While you will have ownership of your responsibilities and work independently, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, product management, and other functions internationally. This role offers broad exposure to an international business environment and is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, changing priorities, and keeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.

What you'll do

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of global marketing activities and help ensure that marketing operations run smoothly across channels and markets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Updating websites and other digital marketing channels
• Coordinating the production of print and digital marketing materials
• Updating marketing materials, including basic copy and image edits
• Publishing newsletters
• Creating and publishing social media content
• Coordinating localization and translation projects with key stakeholders
• Coordinating marketing events and exhibitions
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Supporting the maintenance and effective use of marketing systems and tools
• Ensuring marketing activities and materials align with brand guidelines and established processes
• Monitoring and reporting on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs)

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of experience in international marketing coordination, marketing communications, or similar marketing support roles
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, service‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
• Professional working proficiency in English is required. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage

Technical skills and experience

• Ability to maintain CMS systems such as WordPress
• Ability to use CRM, Sprout and marketing automation platforms
• Basic level understanding of Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and Google Analytics
• Experience in coordinating marketing projects and working with external vendors
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is considered an advantage
