Job summary

MagiCAD Group is seeking a Content and Product Marketing Specialist for a fixed-term parental leave cover, with flexibility to work from any Finland office (Turku, Espoo, Rauma) or remotely. The role focuses on crafting product messaging, content, and campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer retention across our MEP design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in product marketing or product-focused content roles, with a proven track record of supporting growth.
• Strong expertise in content marketing and digital marketing, with experience using performance metrics to optimise content and campaigns.
• Experience supporting product launches or market expansions is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and professional proficiency in Finnish.
• Solid understanding of SEO and GEO principles to optimise content for visibility and reach.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation, research, and analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross‑functional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear and consistent product messaging that communicates value propositions to target audiences.
• Plan, execute, and own content-led product marketing campaigns, including messaging, assets, and channel coordination, in collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Produce high-quality marketing content in English and localise content into Finnish for key channels, including website content, campaigns, social media, and sales materials.
• Use market insights and performance data to optimise content, messaging, campaigns, and channel selection, ensuring content effectiveness and relevance.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify messaging gaps and content opportunities.
