MagiCAD Group is seeking a Content and Product Marketing Specialist to elevate its MEP design solutions. This fixed-term role covers parental leave for about 12 months and focuses on creating messaging and content across marketing and sales channels.

We are looking for a talented Content and Product Marketing Specialist to join MagiCAD Group and help elevate our MEP design solutions across our growing product portfolio.

This is a fixed-term position to cover parental leave, with an expected duration of approximately 12 months.

As a Content and Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in increasing awareness of our MEP design offerings and supporting customer acquisition and retention through high-quality, product-focused content across key marketing and sales channels. You will execute product marketing activities aligned with product and go-to-market strategies and create compelling content that supports business growth. You will report to the Marketing Manager leading the marketing activities for MagiCAD Group’s MEP design solutions.

This role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product development, sales, and technical services to ensure product messaging and content are consistent, accurate, and impactful.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and content creation, with a proven ability to create messaging and content that generate impact. You thrive in a global software environment, balancing hands-on content creation with data-driven decision-making, and aligning your work with broader business and product strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing or product-focused content roles, with a proven track record of supporting growth.
• Strong expertise in content marketing and digital marketing, with experience using performance metrics to optimise content and campaigns.
• Experience supporting product launches or market expansions is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and professional proficiency in Finnish.
• Solid understanding of SEO and GEO principles to optimise content for visibility and reach.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation, research, and analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise work effectively.
