Job summary

GP Solution seeks a TSA Supervisor for an onshore wind project in Finland. The role is site-based, focusing on turbine delivery, erection, installation, commissioning, and interface management between TSA and BoP contractors.

The successful candidate will oversee turbine works on site, monitor contractor performance, support inspections, and assist with risk mitigation, documentation, and progress reporting. Finnish and English preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in civil or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Experience supervising onshore wind turbine delivery, erection, or commissioning.
• Understanding of TSA contracts and BoP interfaces.
• Strong planning, reporting, and document interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise turbine delivery and installation activities on site.
• Monitor contractor performance and support inspections.
• Manage interfaces between TSA and BoP contractors.
• Prepare progress reports and support handover.
• Attend site meetings and inspections; monitor HSE performance.
• Track progress and milestones; document issues affecting schedule or claims.
