Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is assisting a major renewable energy developer with an onshore wind construction project in Finland in search of an experienced HSE Coordinator. You will support the safe delivery of construction activities, coordinate site safety, perform safety walks, and ensure compliance with RAMS, WMS and local regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a civil/ME or HSE degree, strong on-site safety track record in wind or civil projects, and fluent Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/ME/HSE or related
• Strong HSE experience on construction projects
• Experience monitoring contractor HSE performance
• Good knowledge of RAMS/WMS and site reporting
• Fluent Finnish and English

Responsibilities

• Act as nominated safety coordinator on behalf of the employer on site.
• Monitor contractor HSSE performance across construction activities.
• Arrange and document monthly HSE walks and safety inspections.
• Follow up on actions and corrective measures from inspections.
• Review RAMS and WMS for works in sensitive areas.
• Participate in toolbox talks with Site Manager and contractors.
• Support monthly HSE data gathering for progress reporting.
