Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Finland seeks an Onboarding Engineer to lead the technical implementation and coordination of customer onboarding in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will own API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, and security setup, collaborating with Onboarding, CS, and Engineering to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes scalable processes and metrics to improve onboarding efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success engineering.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding projects end-to-end.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills for coordinating multiple onboardings.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Consultative mindset to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Commitment to quality and proactive issue prevention.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, CS, and Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical setup of customer onboarding including API integrations and CRM configuration.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff to CS.
• Diagnose and resolve integration, data sync, and configuration issues.
• Create and maintain onboarding runbooks, guides, and technical docs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and drive product improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs post-onboarding.
• Define and monitor onboarding success metrics and blockers.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation to keep projects on track.
• Support onboarding communications on technical requirements and timelines.
• Mentor future onboarding engineers and scale processes.
