Job summary

Renow, Helsinki HQ, is hiring a customer success professional to onboard merchants, grow their value, and scale AI-assisted outreach. You’ll own onboarding, monitor results, and collaborate with the merchant acquisition team to unlock new opportunities.

We value practical problem solving, data-led decisions, and strong client relationships. This is a hybrid, full-time role with stock options as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in merchant customer success or a similar B2B role.
• You measure value in outcomes and growth for customers.
• Strong relationships across org levels, from warehouse to boardroom.
• You build and use reporting; you’re comfortable with AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

• Get merchants up and running: onboarding into tools and processes.
• Grow together by identifying new opportunities across categories and regions.
• Keep merchants happy: monitor satisfaction and drive value.
• Be the human connection: build cross-organizational relationships to retain Renow as a preferred partner.
• Scale it: use automation/AI to support smaller customers and codify playbooks.
• Run our AI sales machine: support automated outreach and CRM for acquisitions.
