Job summary

Hoxhunt is seeking an Associate Onboarding Manager to own the SMB onboarding journey—from kick-off to go-live—and to manage several projects with clarity and care. You’ll guide customers through technical setup and maintain a proactive, structured communication channel, ensuring a smooth start and long-term success.

You will join our Customer Success team in a hybrid Helsinki-based role, collaborating with onboarding managers, customer success managers, and technical teams to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, implementation, or support roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple customer projects at once in a structured and disciplined way.
• Full professional proficiency or native-level English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding experience for SMB customers from kick-off to go-live
• Manage multiple onboarding projects at the same time, each with clear goals and timelines
• Guide customers through technical setup and keep everything on track
• Act as a reliable and proactive point of contact throughout the process
• Improve onboarding workflows and documentation to help us scale and continuously improve
