Job summary

Eminus Industries in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own post-sales relationships for our AI-powered retail solution. You will bridge customers with product and tech teams, ensuring seamless lifecycle experiences and value realization.

The role emphasizes onboarding, adoption, data-driven insights, and proactive support to drive long-term success in a fast-growing tech company. Hybrid work in Otaniemi area with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in Customer Success, Technical Support, Implementation, or similar customer-facing role.
Experience working with B2B software, SaaS, technology, or hardware-based solutions.
Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the solution.
Monitor device health, system performance, and customer usage data to identify risks and opportunities.
Proactively engage with customers to support product adoption and long-term success.
Handle customer support requests and coordinate issue escalation with the technical team.
Collect customer feedback and translate insights into product improvement opportunities.
Build and continuously improve customer success processes, documentation, and best practices.
Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the voice of the customer internally.
