Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer based in Finland to lead backend development and drive AI-native infrastructure. You will own features from idea to launch, collaborate on architecture, and advance cloud systems. The role emphasizes scalable design, experimentation with new tech, and impact on product growth.

You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered tools to deliver reliable, scalable solutions in a lean, autonomous team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of backend/full-stack experience with strong backend focus.
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript, with production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST API design, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing automated unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Active use of AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of product features from ideation to release and analysis.
• Research market trends and propose features to improve acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript; contribute to frontend when needed.
• Collaborate on architecture, system design, and long-term growth decisions.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop AI-native engineering environment and integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Establish and improve engineering practices including testing and CI/CD.
• Own technical initiatives and raise quality and efficiency of product development.
