Jobgether SRL seeks a FinOps Lead in Finland to align cloud spending with product economics and business growth. You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Product, Data, and HR to drive transparency and optimization of infrastructure costs and unit economics.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, early collaboration with product teams, and scalable cost governance in a fast-growing tech environment. Strong English, analytical skills, and autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience monitoring and optimizing cloud spending across major cloud platforms.
• Strong FinOps knowledge including cost allocation, tagging, and unit economics.
• Ability to engage with Engineering on architecture, usage, and cost-performance trade-offs.
• Experience with cloud billing data, cost-management tools, and analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and relevant cloud cost-management tools.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear financial insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, HR.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Structured, analytical, proactive problem-solving and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud cost allocation strategies and dashboards.
• Identify optimization opportunities through rightsizing and commitment management.
• Link infrastructure spending to revenue and gross margin with Data/Finance.
• Own rolling cloud infrastructure cost forecasts.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to assess financial impact of new products.
• Model infrastructure cost growth and scalability drivers.
• Build pre-launch cost models and contribute to pricing scenarios.
• Provide leadership with resource allocation overview and costs.
• Maintain time-tracking for R&D projects eligible for tax credits.
• Model workforce costs and recruiting expenses with HR/Finance.
• Support annual budgeting and financial planning with fully loaded costs.
