Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in Tampere, Finland, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day site operations under the Project Manager and Senior Coordinator.

You will coordinate crews, monitor logs, and help ensure safety, quality, and compliance while maintaining documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment and installations, liaising with general contractors and owners, and driving look-ahead schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to create, interpret and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to markup and modify PDFs using Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, or Nitro PDF.
• Strong ability to read and work from construction drawings and contract documents.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of daily site activities under the Project Superintendent.
• Own end-to-end delivery of daily logs and diaries.
• Ensure works meet contract specs and industry standards.
• Order site materials to maintain operations.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and site crews.
• Support safety plans and site compliance.
• Assist in establishing and monitoring construction schedules.
• Identify production opportunities and mitigate risks.
