Job summary

Kotilove Oy in Northern Finland is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee production of construction projects across the Oulu region. You will lead several projects, supervise site foremen, manage schedules and costs, and ensure safety and quality.

Working with the Production Manager, you will drive project profitability, guide subcontractors, plan resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver diverse new construction and renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Technical education in the construction field (Engineer / Construction Foreman).
• Experience in a site manager, project manager, or similar supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in cost and schedule control.
• Ability to lead people and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Result-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to be responsible for managing the production of our construction projects in the Northern Finland region.

The Site Manager's role is to lead several construction projects and their site supervision simultaneously. Together with the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the projects' schedule, quality, occupational safety, cost management, and profitability.
