Job summary

TSL, a leading international engineering and construction partner, seeks a Site Logistics Lead to support major equipment installations and manage on-site logistics across complex projects in the Helsinki region. This full-time, on-site role requires close collaboration with project teams, planners, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Technical lifting experience is preferred.
• Experience in handling and management of subcontractors and suppliers in all aspects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with logistics and construction teams to maintain project schedules.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of site logistics planning, supply chain coordination and traffic management.
• Experience managing complex logistics operations on live construction sites.
• Proven experience working in hyperscale data centre projects or any other large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of planning and organizing deliveries to/from sites.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Regional Logistics Lead and support project teams during major equipment installations.
• Manage logistics booking systems and delivery management platforms.
• Plan site set-up and move labor, plant, and materials efficiently across project phases.
• Ensure coordination with project planner, commercial managers, and senior construction manager.
• Develop and implement logistics plans and process optimizations to meet build programs.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of materials to maintain progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in logistics activities.
