Job summary

Carrier is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager in Turku, Finland, to lead strategic relationships with datacenter customers. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, drive growth across key accounts, and shape account plans to meet revenue targets.

The role requires extensive experience in datacenter account management, a passion for new business opportunities, and fluency in Finnish and English. HVAC experience is a plus. The salary range is €53,500 to €106,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in key account management for data centers.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• HVAC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for datacenter customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand customers' needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing ongoing support.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance for senior management.
