Job summary

Trane Technologies in Helsinki is seeking a regional finance leader responsible for Finland and Denmark. The role reports to the Regional Finance Leader and provides business insight and guidance to drive profitability while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX.

You will lead monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual AOP, work with business leaders on financial strategy, and coordinate with internal and external auditors for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance. CMA/MBA or other certificates a plus.
• 5+ years of work experience in trade and/or service sectors, and experience with US companies is desirable.
• Knowledge of local GAAP and US GAAP; proficient with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure corporate reporting meets US GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Oversee month-end close, forecasting, AOP, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial counsel and insights to business leaders for decision making.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams—R2R, O2C, Treasury, AP, Legal, IT, HR.
